Accent Computers was founded over 20 years ago. Through the development of a small private company with two employees, today it has over 70 employees, over 30,000 active clients and is counted among the 200 most successful companies in Macedonia.

Accent Computers has produced the first fiscal cash register in Macedonia. The company installed 175,000 computers in the Computer for Every Child project.

Continuous growth of the company is our responsibility. Since its inception, the company has been growing with annual turnover of 20% - 30% each year. BI: Accent Computers has its own software production. What products do you offer?



Accent as a company has software solutions for different types of businesses. There are ERP (Enterprise Resource Planning) solutions such as:



Collab - web oriented software for companies that have high volume and workload. Collab is an ERP system for complete material, commercial and financial operations. Modular system with multiple modules depending on client needs.

CollabBOX - web oriented software for small and medium sized companies. CollabBOX is a repackaged solution for material, commercial, and retail sales and is intended for companies that have external accounting.

Also, Accent has in its portfolio software for markets, boutiques, various retailers such as easyPOS - software solution store, restaurant software (cafes and restaurants), or easyPOS - restaurant, VERTICO - certified software for gas stations, and more recently the free Cashley software.



As a company for a long time we are dedicated to improving and adapting our software solutions to the market. We are client-oriented and strive to satisfy our customers' tastes.



BI: Can you tell us more about Cashley, the free software you offer?



Cashley is software that facilitates the operation of fiscal devices, while giving customers complete control over turnover and commodities. This software package is offered FREE of charge in the market and consists of two applications: one desktop application for quick cash creation, modern graphic design and very easy connection to Synergy cash registers and the other one which is web application, ie real money tracking. phone time, tablet…



The latest option for the Cashley software package is Invoice Creation, which we have introduced recently.



With this product we believe that we will help companies to obtain software easily and certainly free of charge, as well as improve and facilitate their operations.



BI: Developing new applications…



As I mentioned at the beginning, Accent is a company that does not stop there, but continues to follow the market trends and introduce new tools and applications to the business. We are targeting the Android platform, that is, we are working on a mobile app for Android devices, a kitchen display for restaurant work, and an Android application for a mobile waiter. This is just a small part of what we are currently working on.



BI: What are the challenges you face when selling software? How easy / difficult are Macedonian companies changing their habits and accepting new things?



Your question is in place 🙂 You know, in the sales and implementation of software, you face a variety of requirements from companies. At least I think we are successfully dealing with picky clients because we are flexible and the client is always right, right? We work in a highly competitive market and companies change their habits very hard. I've never looked at just selling software, if the company doesn't need it, I tell my employees, too, because sales don't end when the invoice is issued, the sales cycle goes on, and ultimately the customer needs to be satisfied .



In the implementation of software in a company we encounter resistance, although it is approved and approved by management. People hardly change habits and always their previous looks and habits want to be replicated in new software (which is almost impossible). As a department we have a solution for everything, as we have a lot of experience and a number of successfully implemented software. Such experience gives us the right to advise clients and point to the fact that working together makes the goal much easier and more efficient, and the goal is certainly better and better working.



BI: What are the advantages of using software in business?



The need for fast and efficient access to information, their analysis, and thereby setting plans for the future make software solutions a key role in business. Normally any software solutions work with people, so the data that is fed into software solutions needs to be accurate and timely. Software solutions are tools that simply deliver the desired results.



BI: What's your biggest selling point?



In addition to quality software solutions, and many satisfied customers can attest to that, the biggest draw in my opinion is technical customer support. The price of our software packages includes support in the first year of use, as we believe that during this period clients will gain the routine and practice to independently use software solutions. Timely response, problem solving and flexibility are our biggest advantages, all part of the support we have.
